Yes, but be aware that I'm playing him as having a sexless form. That said, he is capable of altering his body as necessary, he just doesn't have a sex drive to speak of.
FIGHTING
Yes, but be warned that because of a phenomenon called "Fregonics," (a barrier that occurs because he isn't technically inside the universe) zaShunina is almost completely immune to any and all physical damage. This has been nerfed quite a bit for the sake of Prismatica (striking the barrier will rapidly deplete his stores of Chroma, and will be disabled entirely if depleted), but will withstand at least one blow without fail. That being said, zaShunina isn't especially violent, will not initiate fights, and is not easily provoked to violence.
Update as of 04/01/2020: Fregonics no longer functions at all.
INJURY
Yes, but again, because of Fregonics, this isn't likely. If Fregonics manages to get disabled via Chroma depletion, I'm willing to have him get injured.

MIND-READING
If your character can read minds, they are perfectly willing to attempt to read his. However, Yaha-kui zaShunina's mind is a completely alien mass of fractal formulas that is probably incomprehensible to telepathic characters, and in the event that someone tries to actually read his mind, would end up with a splitting headache at best, or a brain hemorrhage at worst. Empath characters will probably be very confused about what they're sensing, as he does experience emotion, but he does so in a way that is very different from a human.
MANIPULATION
I'll be honest, I'm not completely sure what "manipulation" means here, so ask first.
OTHER
zaShunina doesn't have much in the way of powers that would require an opt-out, but he does tend to do things without consent. He isn't violent and won't instigate fights, but he might invade personal space or borrow things without permission. If you'd rather avoid this, please leave a comment.
Now, he is very well-read, so if your character is someone from mythology or classic literature, there's a good chance he would know about them (or at least the literary version, which can be very different from the reality, especially if the character is from a more recent adaptation). For example, He'd know about characters from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms or Journey to the West, but would not know anything about Dynasty Warriors or the anime Saiyuki.
